AI, Learning, and Cultural Heritage
Artificial Intelligence is transforming the way we learn, teach, and preserve cultural heritage. By integrating AI-driven tools with research across various disciplines, we can create innovative learning experiences that bridge the past, present, and future. The Summer Course in Ioannina, Greece: “AI, Learning, and Cultural Heritage” brings together researchers, educators, and practitioners to explore how AI can enhance education while preserving and interpreting cultural heritage in meaningful ways.
This course brings together expert faculty members from diverse backgrounds, including education, artificial intelligence, digital humanities, cognitive science, user experience design, VR/AR/XR, museum studies, and more. Participants will engage in discussions, hands-on workshops, and interdisciplinary projects that examine the intersection of AI, learning, and cultural heritage.
